In most cases, dealing with stress is easy to do on your own. You can reduce the number of events in your life by setting realistic goals for yourself, which helps diminish the circuit overload that you experience. Remember, small doses of stress can act like a stimulant to help you be alert and precise. Some amount of pressure is needed to keep you working efficiently. The problem arises when you’re exposed to too much stress for prolonged periods of time, which can lead to a weakened immune system and other health problems.
